Has anybody read Politics By Other Means ... by Kenneth Abel - the book 
outlines the use of the judiciary to legitimise actions which should 
logically have been considered illegal - even outrageous . ( its actually a 
case study on discimination in South Africa)

Does anybody know of any similar study on the evolution of the law of 
copyright .. mebbe Economics By Other Means ?
