FastTrack (Kazaa), Gnutella and OpenFT are very much alive and teeming 
with files. There are now even meta-P2P apps [1] that connect to 
several networks at once. DRM technologies continue to be subverted and 
are now moving beyond the reach of US law (to India!) [2]. Canada's 
Federal (Supreme?) Court recently declared that downloading copyrighted 
music over P2P networks is *legal* in Canada [3]. Who says P2P is dead?
