[Commons-Law] Article from HT

Hi all, 
This is an interesting article on the continuing tiff between UPA
govt. and BJP legislators over the pending patents bill and the need
to pass a fresh bill. It also contains news regarding govt's decision
to create 10 chairs for IP teaching in variuos higher education
institutions. I am extremely interested in knowing the details of the
course that will be taught here and if there is any contribution to
desigining the course that members of this list are involved in or are
interested in doing. The article was available in the print edition of
the HT which is now a paid section in HT site so I had to scan it, you
won't find it on the HT site.
