Dear all,
I wanted to alert you that the Centre for Internet and Society,
Bangalore has published online a guide to key intellectual property
rights provisions of the proposed India-EU free trade agreement, which
likely will be concluded by the end of the year and may hold serious
ramifications for Indian businesses and consumers.
Please consider reading through the guide, further disseminating it, and
submitting feedback to CIS, either by e-mailing us
(glover at cis-india.org) or registering at our website and commenting on
our original blog post. We would love to incorporate your feedback into
our work as negotiations on the FTA move forward.
The guide is available at:

Thanks very much, and we look forward to any comments you may have.
