[cr-india] Pirate radio stations

Completely agree with Vincent, fantastic to hear of such activities, and am 
also wondering what has become of the pirates... does anyone know?

Pirate activities have influenced opening up of broadcasting elsewhere in 
the world... will such activity in India spread do you think?
