Hi Vijay,

What I know of Vikas' experiment is a little rusty. Someone please help him 
out.

What I do know is Vikas built a portable radio transmission set that fitted 
within a briefcase, weighed about 20 Kgs and had a range of about 20 
kilometres. He used it transmit information to and from farmers regarding 
farming.

Or so I was told :)
