Amarc Africa an International Community Radio NGO is looking for:

1)  Programmes Administrator
To assist its Regional Director in overseeing the smooth
implementation of Programmes and activities.

Qualifications: Masters degree in Communication or in
Social Sciences in general.

Requirements:
·	Strong experience in Project Management
·	Strong analytical research skills
·	Knowledge of Community radio sector in Africa
·	Experience in fundraising for NGOs
·	Good understanding of African countries - political,
social and economic environment

2)  Regional New Technology Officer
Responsible for the planning, management, implementation
and reporting of new technology projects in general and in the
field of community radio in Africa in particular

Requirements:
-	Master Degree and formal qualification or experience
 in ICTs
-	Knowledge of the community radio sector in Africa;
-	Strong experience in project management and ICTs
networks coordination;
-	Working experience with ICTs, online training, radio
broadcasting;
-	Strong experience in ICTs policy regulation
-	Knowledge of several African countries' realities and
specificities;

For both positions there is a requirement for sufficient fluency in
English and French as working languages; knowledge of 
Portuguese
would be an added advantage

CONSULTANT REQUIRED

The Africa Region of the World Association of Community Radio 
Broadcasters
(AMARC Africa) seeks to recruit a Consultant for a period of six 
months in
its Special Projects and New Initiatives Programme.  The Special 
Projects &
New Initiatives Consultant will be responsible for planning, 
management,
implementation and reporting of Special Projects in the field of 
community
radio in Africa.  This includes Monitoring new radio initiatives,
coordination of exchange and production on Environment, HIV-Aids, 
and Human
Rights and democracy and other relevant issues.  The consultancy 
also
includes monitoring community radio and elections projects, 
community radio
and election projects, conducting radio campaigns and conducting 
needs
assessment.

The Consultant should at least have a Bachelor’s degree in 
communication and
several years experience on the community radio sector in Africa.  
He/she
should have strong experience in project management and 
networks
coordination with experience in the fields of training, adult 
education,
organizational development and or community based training.  
Knowledge of
both English and French languages is an advantage as is 
knowledge of several
African countries realities and specificities.
