AG Oravakal, another kind of social situation was apparent whereby it 
wasn't such a great idea to have the community beholden to the 
independent cable distributor... plus the menace of monkeys attacking 
the exposed cable wires meant the community wd be stuck in a 
situation that they might have to potentially share the replacement 
cost indefinitely.

eventually we recommended a very low cost dipole made of tv antenna wire.
