[cr-india]RFI:CR spectrum fees and other details

All,
I shall be grateful if anybody could send me latest developments in charges,lawas and regulations in FM radio establishments.I am looking for information on establishing FM broadcasting facility of commercial nature,thier monitoring,revenue mechanism.

costings have been released on this list several times.
