There is a huge amount of interest already generated in just a day 
for setting up a site devoted to CR in India. Can you please sound 
Ford out the possibility of putting your manual up here?

Sarai has confirmed they will provide the hosting: we need to do a 
quick roundup of who will do the dirty work... volunteers please, 
time, editorial and coding skills needed.

A practical suggestion... can we please set up an editorial list at 
Sarai to begin with? Volunteers can mail in to subscribe once this is 
done... knowing Sarai, it should be up and running tomorrow. Name of 
list (purely a suggestion, subject to Monica's confirmation) 
cr-indiaweb at sarai.net. Monica, if this is ok with you, post the new 
list address to the CR list (subscribe me, thanks).
