in Chennai who can reflect the views of Professor Swaminathan, who
apparently believes very strongly in these issues.

Dr. Shadrach is right, we need a common resonse on this issue. Could we
form three groups (in Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai) and discuss the issues,
either by email or in person, before the Open House meetings? We need to
be represented in the OH discussions in fairly large numbers, so let us
co-opt like-minded people who are not on the cr-list, too. 

Would Vickram do the honours in Mumbai and Vincent in Chennai, and
shepherd their flock?
