hi Sajan and all!
sure we can get our act together....it is now or never. If i may put it, the final recommendation to TRAI, if fine tuned to minute details would help them understand (?) that are serious bunch of people who have ample experience in CR. The most prior to me is  monetary resources for long term sustenance of the station. Funding from government may be accepted but with caution. We have enough manpower and expertise on this list for capacity building, training, evaluating and monitoring CR activity, but unless there is dead sure arrangement of monetary resources it would be unwise to implement the project anywhere. Ashish from VOICES would perhaps be able to share with us the annual expenses for namma dhwani. This could be used as an proof in the recommendation that why grants/fund/donation is needed. 
I am sure the TRAI officials would have this in mind, but let us give actual facts.
I have some disorganized ideas related to general, technical, management, and sustenance and beyond CRS. That i would pen down and send it across before the deadline. Earlier we  had inputs from active members of the list. That could be updated.
