Mid-Day's column dated June 27, 2004 by Amit Roy, writing in from London 
informs that Navdip Dhariwal (35) has been appointed BBC's South Asia 
correspondent. What's interesting is that Roy says "she has been a 
journalist since she was 20, beginning with a stint on a pirate radio
