Dear Fred,

I would like access to regular updates about news for setting up, 
operating and utilizing a community radio installation in India. I am 
working as a catalyst for rural development through selected NGOs in 
Rajasthan. One of them (SOHARD-Social Action for Human Resource 
Development) wishes to consider setting up a Radio Station in Alwar Dt. to 
supplement its work for Women, Panchayati Raj and general rural 
development.

I understand that only Educational institutions are permitted right now. 
Maybe this NGO can collaborate with a local college / school.
