Who rules the internet?
-----------------------
(10 feb 2005) The internet is a global resource that anyone can use, but its
growth would not be helped by leaving it as a complete free-for-all. Currently

been developed largely by the private sector.

TIPS
AUDIO UPLOAD
We only accept the most common digital audio formats - MP3 and Real Audio.
And we've restricted the file size of audio programmes to 3.6 MB to ensure
relatively easy upload and download of audio files. Remember,
files bigger than this will be difficult for people to access in places where
the internet connection is slow or unstable.
If you're encoding in MP3 or Real Audio format using broadcast quality settings
(min. 22,000 sample rate, 16 bit, mono), 3.6 MB is the 'time'
equivalent of around 7-10 minutes of speech. If your programme is more than 3.6
MB, the server will automatically disconnect the upload.
