[cr-india] Regarding private commercial FM

Hi,

   I would like to setup a private commercial FM station, so i need entire
information regarding that. Anyone who can help me please do send me a
mail (to my mail id only so that others wont be disturbed). I have
certain questions about investment, license cost, transmitters, tower,
time  to get license etc.
