Broadcasting Regulation Bill in final stages: Govt. 

"Indicating that the proposed Broadcast Regulation Bill was in the final
stages, the Government on Wednesday said its draft had been completed
and it would now be headed for consultation process. ‘The draft is ready
and now we would go in for the consultation process,’ the Information
and Broadcasting Secretary S K Arora said at the Commonwealth
