Indeed.

It amazes me that we apparently don't have scores of radio stations 
dotted across the parts of India where the roads are patrolled by 
gun-wielding militia during the day and deserted at night. Or does 
our truth seeking media prefer to hide this unpleasant truth? I 
prefer to think it is the former, only because it is hard to hide 
one's sense of bitterness about possibly venal, and certainly 
shortsighted, policymakers who keep this medium out of the hands of 
peace-loving people.
