Ok Roberto,Thanks for the mail.  Now I know the program is already
implemented in Tamilnadu, and going on satisfactorily.
Thanks to Ham Radio and thanks to my ham friends there helping farmers.
We gets junk ham equipments on auction from govt and we convert them to ham
frequency and many hams in my area using this FM transceivers
satisfactorily. Most of the hams in our area are good home-brewers.
I do hope you understand what I mean.
Now we can reach distant VHF & UHFrepeaters thru internet, happy marriage
between ham radio and Internet. Communication technology is advancing fast.
