make any profit from it. Although the government can monitor my broadcast, I 
will not be arrested or fined for owning a radio station such as this.

Tell me this is true. If it isn't, please do clarify for me. Coz if this is 
true, me and a few friends will shell out the money and get 5 stations all 
over Bombay city, which will broadcast local programs. Maybe not music, but 
skits, plays and perhaps leave the mike on while we drink and have ourselves 
a party.
