It would be nice if such reports were sent either in ODF compliant formats,
or at least in formats that can be read using FOSS applications. Even pdf.

Dharamshala

Dear friends,

 

I wanted to share the report on one of the State-level Consultations
organized by OneWorld South Asia, in association with Ideosync Media
Combine, with the assistance of UN. The local partner of OWSA, Jagori,
helped in arranging for all logistics.

 

The report provides the details of various sessions and the participatory
methodology adopted for clarifying the doubts, apprehensions and details, on
the one hand, about technology and on the other hand, why community
participation, management and ownership is important.

 

Suggestions, if any, would be highly appreciated so that if we plan to do
other Consultations, which are very much needed, one can add more issues for
debate and clear understanding.
