It can't be found because it doesn't exist. There was talk some years ago about 'reserving' portions of the spectrum for 'commercial' and non-commercial use, but, as they say, talk is cheap, and the ability to control (hoard, loot) is governance.

what is the regulation set by the new law in india for frequency
allocation to CR? is there a frequency range that has been reserved for
communiry radios? if so, how wide is it?
i have been try to find these information on the ministry's website but
i did not succeed.
