Yes, Sajan; but that cuts both ways, doesn't it? We're just a step away 
at any given time from anything we broadcast being declared current 
affairs and/or news, because CR DOES (or more accurately, should), by 
its very definition, talk about local events and locally relevant 
information.
Does the current seed price in the tehsil wholesale mandi qualify as 
current affairs/news? Depends on what mood the powers that be are in, 
I'll bet, and how much you've ruffled their feathers in the past
.
