I think it would be important for the CR forum to step in here. I think
it is important that there be national representation at such a meeting.
Stalin?
I am in Delhi so its easy for me to attend (if /they/ select us)
However, representation from Mandakini and Havel may be difficult and I
just got off the phone from Manvendra and Rajendra....Trying to get the
form filled over the phone!!
So yes, I agree with the concerns here.
