Hi Sajan ji,

Many thanks for the information. Could someone explain to me the following,

1. What does "sent for clearance" mean? From whom does it need to be
cleared? My district authorities?
2. TCV is located quite high up in the mountains and has close proximity
to an army Cantt. (Dharamsala Cantt.). Does it in anyway cause problem
in us getting the clearance from the various Ministries?
