[cr-india] Availability of CRN

Dear all,

i4D  will be doing an entire issue on Community Radio in April, we do hope
we get inputs from you all on the same lines that Ram just spoke of and we
are most keen on contributing to the content overselves.

Once the April issue is wrapped up, we can pass over the links, which can be
posted on the website also.
