* Community radio: Date extended *
  Bangalore, DHNS:

 The last date for submitting applications, seeking permission to set up
community radio stations during 2007-08 in four revenue divisions of the
State, has been extended to May 10.

The applications have been invited from registered NGOs and educational
institutions, and are available with the respective information department
offices. Duly filled in applications could be sent to Commissioner,
Information Department, BMTC complex, 2nd floor, Shivajinagar,
Bangalore-560051 or call 080-22868015,
