[cr-india] Query - what is the definition of Community.

Hi

first thanks for the replies -

First is quite clear that the current CR dispensation is more "NGO R"
the community is a neccessary adjunct but not necessarily the owner /
manager. The community is also being treated as a resources (from
which to draw the programmes)

Its good you raise this point - because if one looks at it in another
way then the "NGO" can actually also just focus on a small group /
agenda and ignore the larger general community - who might have
legitimate and real needs for CR type interactions. Just because the
NGO dictates what its community/focus / agenda is does not define the
community.
