This is quite shameful. I would seek to use the Right to Information
to find out in what specific ways your organisation does not fulfil
the guidelines. I would also not hesitate to take this matter to court
under article 19 of the constitution. For an illiterate person, a
radio is like a newspaper, and it should not be hard to get the court
to agree that the laws governing the licensing of the two cannot be so
disparate.
