[cr-india] A simple guide to SACFA application

Dear all:
Since there has been so much confusion regarding the procedure for SACFA 
applications - especially since the application form needs to be 
completed online - we have taken the liberty of developing a simple 
guide to SACFA and frequency application for CR applicants. The guide 
provides step by step instructions on how the application needs to be 
made, what details are required befiore the application is completed, 
and what documents are required to be attached to the hard copy 
submissions. It also contains some useful tips regarding the maps 
geographical location details that need to be provided with the 
application.
Please note once the LoI is received, one is required to apply for SACFA 
clearance as well as allocation of frequency. The guide discusses the 
frequency allocation application as well.
The PDF document attached to this mail is the guide. The excel document 
attached is the blank application template for frequency allocation. 
Please read the guide carefully before attempting to complete either 
application!
I am told that there may shortly be revisions to the application 
procedure. If this happens, I will ascertain the changes and revise the 
documents accordingly. In the meantime, please do send me any 
suggestions and inputs that can improve the guide - I will do my best to 
incorporate as many of these as possible in future revisions (editions?) 
of the guide. And please do forward the document to anyone you know who 
is applying/may be applying for permission to set up a CRS.
