[cr-india] "Election panel allows ads on FM channels"

Assuming the same conditions are applicable to CR stations, isn't it about time the forum arrived at agreed upon norms for accepting advertising on CR stations.
What if one party or candidate flooded a CR station with his or her ads - it would almost seem as if the station was "owned" by that party.
