Dear Sajan,

Thank you very much for this important reminder to faciliate children to
broadcast! I am attaching a media code we have developed to realise
children's rights that has a special section 'Children as producers of
Media'.

Would love to recieve responses and thoughts on this concept and any
examples of  the Community Radio movement promoting this would be of great
interest to all of us.
