The next two state-level CR consultations will be held in Mukteshwar
(Uttarakhand) and IIT Kanpur.

1. Ninth State level consultation, capacity building and screening commitee
meeting - for Uttarakhand at TERI Retreat, Mukhteswar, during 10th and 11th
March 2010.
2. Tenth State level consultation, capacity building and screening commitee
meeting - for Uttarpradesh at IIT, Kanpur on 12-13th March, 2010.
