[cr-india] state level CR consultations in Uttarakhand and UP (10 - 13 March, 2010)

Dear Ram:
Just to clarify: The two consultations are being organized by CEMCA on 
behalf of the I & B Ministry, and are part of a series of statewise 
consultations intended to orient and assist NGOs in the state interested 
in knowing more about community radio. The rough structure is like the 
orientation organized by Ideosync in Dehradun a couple of years ago, 
which you attended.
This may be a good forum to ask questions and get additional 
clarifications on CR, notto mention meet morea NGOs working in 
Uttarakhand. Additionally, these consultations also include a screening 
of NGOs from the state that have already applied fo licenses.
