Subject: [cr-india] Useful resource for community radios in India

Hello Community Radio in India,

My name is John Goslino from media researcher and trainer Audience
Dialogue based in Adelaide, Australia.

We have assisted community radios and support agencies
worldwide (most recently in Nepal) improve skills and knowledge in
audience research and marketing in order to become more effective and
sustainable.

Based on our work and experience, we have created several free resources
to assist community radios/broadcasters.

A key one is the unique book Participative Marketing for Local Radio,
that provides the most comprehensive and tailored approach to marketing
for community radio stations (that I can find globally), and used widely
including by stations in India.  Most of the book is available free on
our website www.audiencedialogue.net/pmlr.html

I was very pleased to learn that contents from the book were used in a
presentation by Mewat Community Radio about creating a sustainable
future, refer
http://www.slideshare.net/claudiatay/mewat-community-radio

Copies of this book can be made available to interested
community radio stations in India like yours, with an updated and
revised edition (as an e-book) due out next year.

If you are interested, or have any questions, please let me
know.

Very best regards,

--
