[cr-india] Globally - community radio offers a way to preserve dying languages

An interesting article in The Atlantic about how the passing of the community radio act last year in the US can help prevent the disappearance of endangered languages among native Americans. Extremely relevant in our context and the hundreds of dialects that in danger of disappearing.
