> As you may know, Ideosync Media Combine has been working on issues of community radio capacity building for many years. As part of these efforts, Ideosync has developed Community Media Manch, an online platform to support knowledge sharing and peer based learning within the community media space. The platform has been developed under the Grassroots Mediascapes initiative, and has been supported by the Ford Foundation.

> 1. Audio, video and text based content sharing; 
> 2. Collaboration between community media groups; 
> 3. Discussions on a variety of community media related issues and challenges (through its forum space); and last - but definitely not the least - 
> 4. Online capacity building and sharing webinars conducted through a unique streaming audio/video & text based multi-user interface that allows shared presentations and whiteboard spaces.

> Alfaz-e-Mewat FM 107.8 has been selected as one of the community radio stations for Project Axshya Community Radio initiative by REACH, a non-profit organisation based in Chennai to make radio program series on tuberculosis (TB). The objective of the 12-episode radio series will be to improve awareness about TB and connect communities to local health services for timely TB diagnosis and treatment.
