Vinod, I assume that when you say 'frequencies available' you refer to the careful husbanding of frequencies by the guardians, and not to the scientific reality of electromagnetic waves. As pointed out by Ram in a separate email in this thread, the gatekeepers and the keepers of the keys haven't yet worked out that they are supposed to act in concert, but it is early days yet, not yet twenty since the Supreme Court attempted to set the record straight. Why, even the country is still young and foolish, having not yet completed its first appointed threescore and ten, why expect anything else from the worthies who serve to rule?
