*Subject: Open House Meeting (OHM) for Community Radio Stations (CRS)*

It has been decided to hold Open House Meetings (OHM) with representatives
of operating Community Radio Stations / CR Permission holders on the first
working day of every month *from 11.00am to 12.00 Noon. *These meetings
would be held by *Joint Secretary (Broadcasting-1) in Room No. 660, 'A'
Wing, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi - 110001*

*2. Objectives of Open House Meetings are:*

(i) To bring transparency and accountability in granting
permissions/licenses to community radio stations.
(ii) To provide a forum to applicants and operating Community Radio
Stations to track the status of their applications pending with various
Ministries for clearances including MHA, MOD, WPC etc., and with DAVP for
empanelment.
(iii) To clarify various processes to applicants and representatives of
Community Radio Stations.

*3. Who can participate in Open House Meetings?*

(i) Applicants / CR permission holders / operating Community Radio Stations
can participate.
(ii) Only authorized representative applicants / permission holders /
operating Community Radio Stations will be allowed to participate in the
Open House Meetings.

*4. How to participate?*

Those who wish to participate in Open House Meetings should call or send an
e-mail to the following numbers / e-mail ID on or before 25th of previous
month of Open House Meeting so that entry passes could be arranged.

5. The first Open House meeting would be held on 1st July, 2014 between
