[cr-india] Mexico: CR announcers imprisoned

If we had a similar compendium of news reports from India or south Asia for that matter, I fear it would have a few significant reports of a similar nature.

The key elements are misuse of authority, filing charges on non existent grounds, levying penalties (or confiscation of equipment), imprisonment without due process, and of course the assault and battery that is what passed for police investigation all too often - and as we know, this doesn't even touch upon atrocities on women, who happen to be the first adopters in many community initiatives, but for which reporting worldwide is abysmally low, and in India even lower.
