Excellent! If someone at a pebble's throw of Raisina Hill is willing to
test the limits of the policy, the rest of us will have much to learn from
it.
However, all these eminences mentioned in the story as being responsible
for vetting the content are probably DU's faculty masquerading as
constitutional authorities. I hope they are lenient and liberal!
