You are cordially invited to a lecture by Gopal Krishna Gandhi on 10 years
of RTI. This would be followed by a brief discussion to be moderated by FMP
Director Vipul Mudgal. The participants are Aruna Roy and Om Thanvi. The
event is on October 14. This issue has acquired urgency because of the
fresh challenges being faced by the RTI Act. The event is being organised
in association with NCPRI.



Topic   : *10 years of RTI—Can it survive?*



Venue  : *Amphitheatre of Lady Irwin College, Sikandara Road, Close to
Mandi House Metro Station, New Delhi*



Date and time  : *Wednesday, October 14th, from 5.30 pm to 7.30pm. Tea will
be served at 5pm*.
