anyone on the reader list has seen this? any thoughts?
it's a india-pakistan dialogue site built with open
source scoop weblog software. scoop is a
variation of for instance slashcode and php nuke.

DialogNow.org is a forum to promote dialog between the two peoples of India
and Pakistan. In spite of being neighbours, there is little or not
communication between people of the two countries, and consequently a lot of
misunderstanding about the viewpoints of the other side.

There are a few Yahoo message boards where people animatedly discuss such
issues, but it always degenerates into a shouting match. The hope is that a
Scoop type moderation system can keep the dialog civil and meaningful.
