"Initiating collaboration between the Community and the Artisans"

The Enabling Artisans project is designed to enable the children of
traditional artisans to take forward their skills as a viable
livelihood option by equipping them with necessary skills. The project
will develop entrepreneurship, communication, designing ability,
functional computer and accounting abilities, as well as providing
participants with a basic tools and equipment and linking them with
relevant players.

The project is built around Mr. K.B. Jinan's 'do nothing method', in
which he does not teach artisans but rather creates conditions in
which they can develop unique and innovative designs that build on and
expand traditional craft techniques.
