I am sorry for stating this:

"*By the way, people would be glad to know that Uttar Pradesh has now
managed to improve in the situation of cases of rape and molestation,
especially against women, because Madhya Pradesh is the leader in that
segment in India!!*"

because the statement is slightly misleading. The statement be read as:

"By the way, people would be glad to know that Uttar Pradesh has now managed
to improve its position in cases of rape and molestation of women, because
Madhya Pradesh has bettered it in this respect!!'
