Hi Bipin,
          The enormity of the situation can not be gauged by the Maoists' symphatisers like Mamtas,Teestas etc who say they are doing it because there has been no development in the areas.Killing innocent civilians to get justice/development for themselves is much more than criminal.The symphatisers and this spineless Congress Central Govt should keep their heads in shame.There is a saying which I find appropriate "Chulu bhar paani main doob marna chahiye." The Union Govt says " Law and Order is the responsibilty of the States", but do they not know the Constitution of India's provisions where it is stipulated that if law and order fails in the state, the Union of India can promulgate President's Rule and then take effective steps to stem the rot. But our great UPA-II govt would like to discredit the CPM and BJP governments in the Maoist infected states and let innocent civilians get killed like this.In the last count I saw on TV, there were 65 dead, 200
 injured and 50 people trapped.Couldn't see further.
2. The only solution is to kill these Maoists ruthlessly whether they are our brothers, sisters or fellow citizens and take appropriate action against those who help them carry out such operations.
