-------------- next part --------------

Hello Friends,
My name is Shree and i am in Delhi (this time again and after 16 yrs old join & resign game in the field of journalism, now with NAFRE ). NAFRE (National Alliance for the Fundamental Right to Education) is working on education issue linking it the livelihood issues at grssroots level in 14 states of the country. Here i am holding a part of the advocacy's fort as well as editing works. I'm the editor of the NAFRE features.
Of the posting of Awadhendra Sharan. The concept of presentation in the next meet is ok. Others readings might be included. Urban voilence is a real issue to be discussed. There is a special kind of urban voilence in Delhi and one can name it as 'verbal voilence'. It also comes under the slug of 'urban voilence'. For example, the mindset ( of a good enough section of dehlites) calling a bhojpuri speaking person Bihari and Mallu or Madrasi to a person belonging to south indian languages in a bad, derogatory sense as if they were not belonging to this city and hence they were lesser humans. Here the language is deciding factoe, not economy.
So let us concentrate on the urban voilence issue over the next few meets as Awadhendra Sharan (Dipu?) suggests.
Warm regards to all at USGM.
Urbanly Yours,
Shreeprakash
(but i think, shree is enough)
