[Urbanstudy] Discussion on City Development Plan at IHC

We are glad to invite you to the discussion on the Delhi City Development
Plan (CDP) under National Urban Renewal Mission. The program is on Monday,
18th June 2007 from 10 am to 1 pm at Casuarina, India Habitat Centre. Please
join us for lunch after the event.

 

As you may be aware, no consultations have taken place on the Delhi CDP
after the CDP was made. Centre for Civil Society has approached experts in
various fields to give their comments on the CDP. We shall release the
'People's Critique' of the Delhi CDP and shall demand that the CDP should
reflect the collective vision of the city.

 

We shall send a detail program in the coming week. Meanwhile, please block
the slot in your calendar for the program. For a background on the issue of
