[Urbanstudy] EPW launches Review of Urban Affairs

The Economic and Political Weekly has launched a review of urban affairs.
EPW readers would know that the journal publishes Review of Political
Economy, Review of Labour and Review of women's studies. Each of these is a
special collection of articles - published twice a year. The Review of Urban
Affairs likewise will be published twice a year - in recognition of the fact
that rapid 'urbanization'  is transforming the economic and political
landscape in India/South Asia.

There are a total of five essays in this collection (excluding the
introduction) exploring different aspects of cities.
