The Department of Geography at the Open University (UK) invites applications
for a full-time PhD studentship for three years commencing October 2013.

You will be part of an international research team undertaking a HERA funded
project examining the cultural geographies of gendered space in Delhi, with
a particular interest in an ethnographic understanding of the mobility of
single women in the city.
You should have a 2:1 for your first degree, or equivalent, and have
undertaken a relevant honours or masters degree, with some experience of
ethnographic, mobile or visual methods.
Please note that residency requirements apply to this studentship.
Closing date: 5 pm on Friday 12th July.
